Overview
Use this guide to remove a coupon from one project, apply it to a different project or address, or understand how to change packages (A/B/C). Coupons are managed on the platform; package changes are handled by your dealership.
Move a coupon to another project or address
- Remove the coupon from the current project
- Open your project Cart (Estimate or Quote page) and select Remove coupon.
- Open your project Cart (Estimate or Quote page) and select Remove coupon.
- Create or open the destination project
- Start a new project for the new address or product (or add a new address from your customer portal).
- Start a new project for the new address or product (or add a new address from your customer portal).
- Apply the coupon to the new project (exact steps)
- Open the Estimate or Quote page of the new project (display is identical on both).
- Open your Cart.
- Choose one of these in the Cart:
- Have a promo code or voucher → Enter code
- Paste your coupon code from the email and Submit.
- Have a promo code or voucher → Need to find your coupon
- In the pop-up, enter the VIN, full legal name used at purchase, purchase email, and purchase address → Submit to look it up.
- Have a promo code or voucher → Enter code
- If you see a blue auto-apply banner (because you registered with the purchase email and we already have your sale data), click Apply there instead.
- Confirm the coupon name appears in your Cart and totals update.
- If you already have an install date scheduled
- Please let your installer know you’ve moved the coupon/project so they can adjust their calendar.

Remove a coupon (without re-applying yet)
- Go to your project Cart and select Remove coupon.
- You can re-apply it later to the same project or a different one using any apply method above.
Change packages (A ↔ B ↔ C)
- Package changes cannot be done on this platform.
- To switch packages, contact your dealership and follow their return/exchange process (you may be required to return what you received).
- Package C public charging credits are not redeemed on this platform.
Common gotchas (quick checks)
- Exact purchase details: If you use Need to find your coupon, enter the VIN, full legal name, purchase email, and purchase address exactly as the dealership submitted.
- Already attached elsewhere: If the coupon won’t apply, confirm it’s removed from any other project first.
- Timing: Dealer submissions typically take 2–7 business days to reach our system; your coupon email is sent after we receive that data.
